I would like to commend you for hiring such honest employees. I was at Lincoln dealership service department to have vehicle tested for engine light, and I was thrilled with the terrific service there by service advisor Ivan Cruz. Although it was very busy upon my arrival, his efforts to treat me with courtesy and fairness more than made up for the inconvenience. Ivan, was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my car. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results, and what course of action he and I should take to correct the problem. I had gone to Norm Reeves expecting to be charged a great deal of money for the work. But Ivan discovered the problem and the solution to be far less drastic than we both had originally anticipated. Because of his honesty, I saved hundreds of dollars and a great deal of frustration. I hope you will extend my thanks to him. And please pass this information on to your supervisor. I want her to know that Ivan is the reason that I will be coming back to the Norm Reeves dealership for future repairs as they are needed. I have owned my Lincoln for several years now. I rarely have problems with it, but when I do, I dread taking it to a mechanic. It seems as though they are all so untrustworthy. But my interaction with Ivan has definitely changed that previously unhappy perception, and I have been telling all my car-owning friends where to go for an honest assessment. Purchased a 2019 F150 truck in July 2020. With the purchase came 3 services. I was only able to use 1 out 3 I was told because it’s passed the warranty time why? It will be 2 yrs in July. I haven’t had the truck for 3 yrs yet, and isn’t the service done every 10,000 miles? Correct me if I am wrong! I have taken the truck back several times due to different problems: oil leaking, rattling noise, hesitation during when accelerating & engine turning off. I live pretty far from the dealer. And it was really upsetting being told I couldn’t use my 2 oil change services & I had to pay which I did just to get my car back. My other complain is EVERY SINGLE time I get my car back & it has NEVER been washed! Why? When I see other cars come out clean. Not happy at all with Norms Reeve in Cerritos . Thank You, Sobeyda R
