My score represents my entire experience, not Tony. My truck was there way too long due to only one diesel mechanic (one week). I felt like I was overcharged for the work that was done. I waited 30 minutes to get my vehicle after I paid. I assumed they were washing it but I assumed wrong. If I can avoid it, I will not bring any of our Fords to the dealer again (we have 3).

The service from start to finish was exemplary Francisco restored my love for Lincoln this is my 2nd Lincoln and I plan to only drive Lincoln’s from here on in this is my favorite vehicle Brand hand down and I have own BMW 745Li and a Mercedes 320 but Lincoln stole my heart ??! I took my car in at 745am and they didn’t do the recommended work the entire day. My car got the sunshine treatment. It was ready the next day by noon, though I had to wait 20 minutes to have the car brought up due to a manpower shortage, per an employee.
