For Five years, Service Advisor Rafael Gonzales has provided excellent customer service when I bring my vehicle for service. His friendly attitude and his attention to detail are appreciated. On February the 7th, I had a defective second-row set buckle that needed to be replaced. Rafael found the item under warranty and was able to replace the item.

Mike was very pleasant from the moment he approached my vehicle and went through exactly what may be done to remove my battery and install a new one.
