Francisco was great. He explained the process quickly and was professional. The only thing I didn’t like was that when I checked in for my appointment time, I had to wait 30 minute standing (there were only very few chairs available and were fully occupied.) This happened last time as well where I checked in for my appt time and had to wait for a quite a bit. I wish the check in system less time consuming.
