I would like to say your new management team Danielle and martesel were fantastic but your service department really needs help they are rude and very condescending. I have had nothing but grief when we take our truck in. I will never buy again from norm reeves fors due to lack of customer service and lack of knowledge of your vehicles. I work for the largest health care companies in California and will post on their Facebook page that I would not buy from your company. The best part of your company right now is Danville and martial. Hopefully they get your company where they need to be. I do appreciate the girls that helped us and they deserve a pat on the back. Getting rid of gilligan was the right move bit now you need to get rid of carlis looez and bingy brown they are rude and liars and have horrible people skills. Thanks for listwning

Francisco was nice, and polite.overall experience today was not favorable as I asked twice for an estimate of time as I was waiting on site. I was waiting from 845 to 245, had I been told upon arrival it would take that long I would have made arrangements for transportation to work. In the end I was told it would be reafybin 20 minutes, 35 minutes later, I qa still waiting. Tbis was disappointing. I did mention to Francisco my displeasure at the wait. He offered me a comped oil change at my next visit, which is much appreciated.
