The one thing that I was not satisfied about was fords
Inability to throw a customer a bone. I’ve had this truck now 1.5 years and for the most part I’ve had no issues with it. The few times I’ve attempted to utilize the 2year free works maintenance services on my truck there was never an easy appointment time so I choose to go elsewhere and pay for it. Today was the first time in these 1.5 years that I actually was going to have my truck serviced by ford on the 2year free plan. And Ford in all of its infinite wisdom said no to a 100$ oil change check up. I am now aware of the silly 31000 mile cut off as well, with being over by 1,500 miles, but really you couldn’t do this one time for me. Your people are awesome, but your inability to be flexible ****. $110$$ This once! If I’d had used the plan as you’d offered then it would have cost more than 110$.
Your people know customer service, it’s the name ford that doesn’t!
