I didn’t hear back from anyone about my cars for almost 8 hours. I was promised a couple of hours and I didn’t get even a call. I checked up and then was told the same thing as when I dropped it off. Very disappointing. Even with an appointment they keep you hanging

It was impossible to get an appointment. Nobody answers the phone in service. I called everyday a couple of times a day for a few days. I finally called the sales line and asked if anyone was even there? The phone message says to go to the website. You can’t make an appointment on the website. It was very frustrating..
Once I brought my car in for service I was very satisfied. The people were all very nice they kept me informed as to what was happening and even though I waited a while it was comfortable in the waiting area. Just fix your phone customer service and the website.

Rafael Gonzales was my service rep. Major repair of my vehicle engine (short block replacement) was completed much sooner than advised by Rafael. He took car of me extremely well. He clearly explained the scope and nature of the work required and warranty info, provided substantial updates on job status, arranged a no cost car rental for me, and he was a pleasure to deal with. There is no one else I’d rather have taking care of my car service needs. He is top notch service rep and a very nice person. Hope to see him again soon but under better circumstances. Please know this is the highest praise I ever give to anyone that provides a service to me. Thanks to Rafael and service team for fixing my car is short order.
