I have had many wonderful customer service representatives and today was not one! from the moment I arrived he told me I would wait 3hrs for a scheduled appt. I asked if everything was ok which I have always been told details on my car thread on tires break pads etc. My only regret is not giving my prior technicians compliments. They have always been awesome!

I recently bought out my leased vehicle. I was sold a service package at the time of signing docs. Service employee informed me he did not see my plan active get. I showed the signed document for the service plan and he suggested I head inside to speak with finance. He let me know I should be fine and covered since I signed. So I head in to finance and I’m informed no one is in. I work graveyard shift so after waiting 1 hour in the service line and 30 min in the waiting room I decided to get an Uber home. I call in to speak with someone in finance and I am asked to leave a message 3 hours later I get no call. I take Uber back to the dealer. Another 30 min go by and finally I get to speak to a gentleman in finance. He informs me the plan is not active and he said he will see what he can do. He walks away and comes back with the man that helped me sign the sale documents. Both men were very nice and helpful. I overheard Manny speaking to a female, trying to explain my case. The female is yelling saying I will need to pay for the cost because my plan is not active and she can do nothing about it. Clearly this upsets me. Other people are in the waiting room and can hear her. Manny came back and very apologetically explained nothing can be done. Please note. I am exhausted at this point. Arguing was not in my agenda. On the contract it does not state I need to wait any amount of time before seeking service. I paid for the service and left. Bad taste in my mouth The bill was only 150 dollars. It was more of the terrible service I received and how I was disrespect.

I want to say Tony is one of your best service writers and the only one I will use. I had a couple issues with your service techs in the past with the work that was done on my car. I was going to switch dealerships for servicing my vehicle but Tony made my problems go away and he does everything in his power to make sure I leave happy and not upset. Like I was after the problems I had with the quality of workman ship from your service technicians.
