I got no updates for a week as to what was wrong or when the car may be fixed. Nothing!
Luckily, i got the rental but was originally told it was only for one day. I ended up having it for a week and never got told it was ok to keep it.
Look, Rudy was nice and jovial but no update or call for a week was unacceptable to say the least. I bow understand why the rating of your service department are so stinkin bad

The Service Dept. is what I like the best about Norm Reeves Ford. You expect the Sales dept. to be customer oriented, and they are, but the Service dept. Has them Beat. Mike Mosley and the rest of the crew are a cut above. They are always under the gun with the long line to get checked in, but they manage to do it with a smile. When I DO trade in my Edge, I will be back to Norm Reeves. Great Job

HORRIBLE - 4 hours to change the oil in my truck, and I had an appointment. 4 hours is an unacceptably long time. I might not return to Norm Reeves Ford. There are other places that I can get work done. Sure the staff was nice, but even then it took a longer time to check in than I would reasonably expect. Not happy with Norm Reeves Ford…. Not happy at all.
