Rafael does an amazing job keeping you in the loop with what's happening with your vehicle when it's being serviced. His clear communication and transparent answers is reassuring when the process can be a bit confusing. Anytime I get Rafael as my service advisor, I know I'm going to get the best help and be kept in the loop with the process.
