The mechanical work was good, thank you. However, when my truck was delivered to me, the passenger seat was adjusted as far back as it would go and it was tipped back as far as it would go. It was obvious that someone had been sleeping in it. I'm not very happy about that.

Being the first time my car gets serviced at the norm reeves Cerritos location, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Robyn Devis made the experience the best she possibly could. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The vehicle intake process was a bit clunky, especially considering I had an appt. I actually had to park my car and walk up to the kiosk before I was acknowledged.
