My appointment was at 7:15am. I arrived at 7 and was the second vehicle in the line. My vehicle was not checked in until 7:47. Rudolph came out to the car 3 times to compete the check in process. The 2nd time he said “whoops I should have asked if you’ve been here before” and then asked for my address, phone number, and email even though I had to enter these online to book the appointment. Why does he need them again? Incredibly slow and inconvenient check in process. Even though I had an “express” cone on my car. I noticed several service advisors sitting behind their computers not helping any customers. He called twice to say my car was ready to pick up even though the first time I said I would be there to pick it up from the receptionist at 7:30pm. He called back later saying I had declined the online payment system but he had not sent the message for the payment system. He asked to take my credit card number over the phone. I said to please send the payment system message and he sent it and I immediately received it to my phone and was able to compete the payment process. I picked up the keys from a salesman in the showroom at 7:15pm and they did not know where the car was parked and said “sometimes they park the car over there”. I eventually found my Ford in the back lot of the Infiniti dealership next door. Horrible experience overall and makes me dour the quality of the work done on vehicles at the service center.
