we got a text and call to come pick up the car, it was done. when we arrived to pick up they. The lady could not find the car in the system or something. we did find the car after a few questions were asked.
Then hours later we received another text stating our car was ready for pick up. Maybe check your messaging system??

Robyn was very friendly and competent. I was satisfied with the the service of my vehicle but very disappointed that my key fobs were lost and, as a result, I missed my trip by 1 day. I was able to alter my travel plans, but was still disappointed.

Due to illnesses at the service center, I did not deal with either of the service technicians that were assigned to my vehicle. Given the circumstances and shortage of healthy employees. I do not believe it is a fair assessment of their service. However, I run my own business, and regardless of unforeseen circumstances I ensure that my clients are communicated with even while things might be running behind. My daughter had to miss o er two tog work because her vehicle was not repaired nor ready for two weeks. The first week when our first service tech was out I’ll, nobody touched our car, nor called yo update me. Nobody ever called me. I had to call ever time I needed an update to which I was on hold or the phone rang up to 20 minutes a time. Shorthanded or not, the service and communication was horrible. I am very disappointed.

1) The dealership called me about a recall
2) when I took the time to drop my car off after they got the car he told me the recall of the door lock wasn’t really necessary (wasted my time) But they went ahead and fix it anyway in case I went to big bear
3) when I went to pick up my car I waited in the front for 25 minutes, finally someone came out and said oh the Porter who brought your car up just left it in the side parking lot because Francisco wasn’t there, you can walk all the way to the back of the parking lot to get your car.
4) Decent service but not great

Rafael is the best. He answered my phone call in a timely manner and got my service done the same day. He fully explained how I could get 90 days no interest loan and didn’t have to pay full amount that day. I always ask for him as he’s truly about customer service. He deserves a raise!!!!
