She is very professional,knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is complete and she is very detailed.
She is the best Service Advisor I have worked with for years.
She has been the only Advisor that let me know all the benefits I had under my warranty and unfortunately I recently started working with Robyn and my warranty has expired. If previous Advisors would have let me know all my benefits I had I would have had a lot of work done on my car under warranty. ROBYN IS THE BEST ADVISOR I HAVE WORKED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

My Norm Reeves Ford Service Department experience was horrible. Why make an appointment when you have to wait an hour to be seen. Incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

Francisco made my day! I had to wait a long time in line (over an hour past my appt time) and when Francisco called me to give me quotes I started to get very nervous this was going to be really expensive and a two day project. But, a few hours later Francisco had fixed my issue for me on his own!!! And then didn’t charge me a thing. If I could have tipped him I would it made the whole experience worthwhile and pleasant I was so happy and surprised.

I wasn't completely satisfied. My driver's seat was all the way back and reclined. My radio station was changed. It may seem petty, but it really is about respect for the owner. I don't even change things in my husband's truck or my daughter's car.

Took my bronco for back break lights that didn’t work manager Juan said he will fix it with no coast . And never fix the issue drove out the shop with no brake lights and I even told him he was very rude ! Had a bad experience in Cerritos ford I will never ever return back. Had to take it to another ford dealership what’s the point of having warranty if I can’t take it near my house ! Employees are rude to each other the shop is unorganized they couldn’t find the driver for the shuttle to take me back home waited 30 min and they got me a Uber very sad
