The times that I have taken my vehicle to service, it was not been a good experience. Your representative Daniel Sanchez has shown a racism attitude towards us.

I'm usually not one to complain but the past few times that I have come, the wait time for an oil change have been either 6-10 hours. I understand the volume of cars that come through & the complexity that the services may entail but my last visit, I had an appointment at 7:45. I was the 2nd car in line. I was in the waiting room for 10 hours. There were people who got there after me that left before me. One of the reps felt so bad when he saw me asleep in the waiting area for waiting as long as I have that he went to expedite my car service. I just came in for an oil change. My car wasn't serviced for 9hrs. The rep felt so bad that he gave me a free oil change for my next visit.

Unfortunately it’s not going too well. Brought my car in on Thursday 7/7 to service for a recall and fix tire. They said there was a nail in the tire and patched it up. While talking with Adrian he mentioned that they were washing my car before releasing it…car came back not washed at all. Then later that evening I received a call from an employee…calling from his personal line to my cell asking whether he left his keys in my car…to me…that’s invasion of privacy…he went through my records and pulled my number and called me from his personal phone line. NOT COOL AT ALL!!! Then the next day 7/8 the “low air pressure” light came on and the same tire they patched was low. Took it back to dealership and they checked it by dipping in water and said they didn’t find anything. Left the dealership and then later on in the evening while driving with my family..”low tire and pressure” light came on again…we pulled over and the same tire is low again!! Wth!!! Totally frustrated now!!! Definitely not happy now and I will be making a formal complaint to the head of dealership and pursue for refund!!!!

Great service and I feel like as a woman I was not “selected” or taken advantage of and the explanation of which services required maintenance. I had a bad experience previously where my battery was replaced when under warranty and I had to file a claim and ultimately reimbursed for an error by the dealer. My experience is awesome and I am grateful for the service.thanks TEAM Service!

Robyn was great knew what needed to be performed on my vehicle service. I arrived 15 minutes early and was on my way out in 15 minutes. After the services was completed she called and texted me to tell me my vehicle was ready and offered a complimentary car wash, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle Robyn checked me out and I was on my way home in 10 minutes, a first in my 15 years going to Cerritos Ford/Norm Reeves Ford finally a great service advisor
