I’ve been going to this dealership for many years and I most likely went for my last time. I made an appt for 830a and got there at 830a. I understand there would be a little wait time but it took me over an hour to drop off my vehicle. I don’t understand why even name an appt. Then I got to work with Robyn. She was lovely and polite, but I told her why I was there. One of my spark plugs was visibly and audibly arcing. She suggested a tune up to have my plugs replaced. I wasn’t opposed to it but I specifically asked her to diagnose the issue. She said she would. After an entire day without an update I was told my truck was ready at 6p. I arrived to pick up my truck and pay $1,100 for spark plug replacement, I asked her if she resolved my issue and she wasn’t sure if she did. Seemed like she was more interested in pushing for the tune up of 1100 than fixing my problem. They finally brought my truck out but by then Robyn and all of the service associates left for the day and left me there with my truck and no way to check if my problem had been fixed. Luckily there was a young man walking by who confirmed they had all left. He brought the Service Manager Danielle who was professional. Another guy came with my truck’s paperwork and told that my truck’s issue had indeed been diagnose as a bad wiring and coil which made me more upset. Instead of fixing my truck’s problem, they pushed a more expensive service on me. Danielle comped the coil and wiring. I still paid 1100 for a service I didn’t need. I’m genuinely disappointed and upset with Norm Reeves Ford. I will never return and will definitely share this experience with all my friends and family.

Only thing I’m unhappy about is that someone, mistakenly I hope, took my freeway carpool pass sticker from my windshield. I need that to drive to work. Now I have to pay for using the express lane without my pass on the windshield.
