Daniel Sanchez is excellent!

Daniel Sanchez, the representative who initially serviced me and sold me the module I needed for my vehicle, told me it would take 2-3 days for the module to come in and complete our transaction. The module didn't come in until 2 months later. While I understand there are circumstances out of the control of the representative, such as the time frame in which parts are acquired, there are still minimum services that could have been performed by Daniel, such as contacting me to let me know that the part wouldn't come in at the previously discussed time frame. He could have followed up and given me updates and assurances as far as when my part might come in, or that I was not being forgotten after 2 months. Instead, he only sent a text a few days after our transaction, to ask me to rate him well in the survey. I had to call and speak to at least 4 different representatives throughout that 2 month period, with only Crystal and Juan giving me some kind of answer as to what was going on with my module delay. Then once the module finally came in and I was able to get the part installed, Daniel was suddenly there again to close out the transaction. To start a process with a customer, and then completely disappear throughout it, is just poor customer service. In truth, I wanted to come in a refund the approximately $1000 I had spent on the part, and just take my service elsewhere. So overall, I was dissatisfied with the service

Rafael was very professional and explained the process very well. He did a great job. I recently retired and I’m gonna fix budget, I only disappointment was how expensive the key fob was for a copy of my car key. Unfortunately I lost my other key fob I needed a copy.

I waited far too long before I was given an update on my vehicle - 6 hours! I received no work order when the vehicle was taken in and I received no paperwork when I left.
