Daniel and the service tech were both very helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my car’s engine failure. Yesterday, after selling my vehicle to you, I found a letter in my mailbox from some lawyers who wanted to check got fine toxic ash particles from a fire at a house on the street behind mine on 8/7/21. This might explain the corruption of my engine after only less than 70,000 miles on a 2010 Fusion that I bought at Norm Reeves Cerritos Ford at the end of 2010 and had the car serviced there. My original advisor Francisco Bretado failed to communicate vehicle status updates since the beginning. I was expecting to get a text or call at the end of the day if my vehicle was going to stay at the shop, but never did. I texted him the following day to get an update, no response. I called his direct number, no answer. I called Norm Reeved Ford 3x before a guy answered (informally) to say that my car has BEEN ready. I was upset. So, if I were not to call or investigate about my car update, it would have been there until someone realized it was/been ready? To top it off, Francisco was absent. How am I, as a loyal customer suppose to deal with this? Answer: there will not be a next time. Also, the check-in/check-out waiting time is insane. It took them almost 30mins to acknowledge I was there for a SIMPLE oil-change. Unnecessary stress. No curtesy, unprofessional.

Finally, I was able to speak to a manager who designated Rafael to handle the service of my car and he was responsive as well as attentive to what I had to say regarding the issues with my car.
