I pulled up for an oil change that I had an appointment for and I sat there for 20 min before anyone got me started on the process. It feels weird sitting there not having any direction or help. I went inside and they said wait by your car. Someone should be there to direct customers and get it going. I don't want to come back.

On Monday, August 29th, I stopped by to retrieve personal belongings from my vehicle. After 3 employees searched for 40 minutes, I was informed my vehicle was released to another dealership on Saturday. There was no communication whatsoever to me or other Norm Reeves staff that this occurred.
