Mike was fine but the drive up/check in process seems unorganized and chaotic. Employees standing or wandering around without addressing those that pull up for over 10 min. Just seems out of tune.

I asked and wrote out a request for a price on new tires. Never happened. Asked to check for a squeaky belt at start up. Tech noted it couldn’t be duplicated. Amazing, as it has happened to me at every start before, and since service. I felt all that you were concerned about was getting me in and out as promptly as possible.
