Professional and friendly service. 5 stars

I checked in at 9:30am and my service advisor told me that it would be approximately a 2 hour wait and said she would call me when my oil change was done. She even told me to write down my number so she could have my information personally. I told her I would be waiting in the waiting area with my small son. We took a walk and came back after the 2 hour mark, we waited another hour (3 hours total wait) and I went to ask how much longer it would be. The man at the desk said my vehicle had been done. Yet Crystal Rivera made no attempts to contact me letting me know. After telling me that my car would be retrieved I waited another 10 min and I asked how much longer as the place was not very busy l and was told it was lunch break. I finally got my car back 12:45pm at this time. No apology was made, I didn’t even see Crystal Rivera when I checked out or at any point after she checked me in. At 2:20pm, after I had been home over an hour I got a text saying my vehicle was done. What a joke. I have never had such a disregard and disrespect for my time. I had actually chosen this dealership since we are in need of 2 more vehicles but after this severely disappointing visit, we will never chose to give this place business ever again. Absolutely terrible experience. Shameful

Never called my car was ready until long after I picked up the car. The work itself was fine and thanks for washing the car. Keep that service but suggest that staff is encouraged to repeat phone numbers back to verify accuracy.

First of all I was supposed to get new brake for my van 6 months a go didn't happen but on paper it said it was done Rotor and brake was all messed up Took it back and take way to l0ng to repair Also never call me back or let me know what going on Never answer or call To inform

The team did an excellent job and help me to recover my car faster so I didn't have to pay that much on the rental car even though my insurance pays for it you know all that goes thank you so much big shot out to the mechanic to fix my car very professional I work for Peter Built-in The Body Shop and I also do an internal work and it will work so I am the same way I try to finish a vehicle a semi Quicker so that the customer could get it back at the same time And at the same time quality work thank you guys so much you guys are awesome God-bless

Very dissatisfied i will never go bacl there again after the way i was treated

I was happy that they were able to replace my battery although the time frame for it to be ready was extremely long. I hope this might have been due to unexpected staff shortage for the day and that future appts don’t take as long. My appt was at 1:45pm, I arrive at 1:25pm my vehicle was ready at 5:55pm.
