Horrible service experience.
Service writers acting too busy to write up my car, even though we set up a appointment. And they had no customers they were attending. Took car in for recall and problem with shifting into gear. Was told will not have time to do both only one- again even though that was my request when setting up the appointment. Came to pick up my car, nothing was done. Ridiculous, lousy customers service!!!

I would be glad to discuss the worst experience at Norm Reeves with Rudolf Wilson. I got an auto generated text (signed off by Rudy Wilson) at 11am asking if I had any questions about my car. I responded with several questions and did not get any answer. Throughput the day until 4:30, I have sent 3 text messages and called the dealership 3 times and did not get a single call back. I had to go to the dealership the next morning to pick up my car no matter if anything was done with the car because I will no longer waste my time trying to call and text - just to get a status on my car. Worst experience with your dealership. Rudolf Wilson is incapable of performing this type of work. You may want to move him to a position with the least customer interaction.
