Dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday I was informed by my service rep that the current recall couldn’t be fixed due to the glitch in my info center. While waiting to get a ride to pick up my car, Friday I received another text stating that there is a resolution to my programming issue. I have not received an update as of Monday 9/19. I haven’t had my car for a week as of tomorrow. We’ll have to wait and see how this plays out. I hope and pray I don’t have a lemon.

I had scheduled an appointment when I there someone at the parking lot ask me to wait for the services advisor the check. I was waiting there for while at front of a few advisors but no one assists me. Then Tony was assist others walking by asking me if someone help me I told him not yet then he asked me to follow his can help me. I was lucky Tony walked by if not I don't know how long I need to wait.
Tony provided very good customer service. He answered and explain all my questions concerns.
