Battery replacement in our CMax Energi was fine. However we had to go back because the second key didn’t work, seemed like it wasn’t paired any more, and we had had the same thing happen another time with this car at your service department. We left the car and both keys overnight so it could be unpaired and paired again. I would have thought that experts would always check the battery in the key first! They didn’t!!! We were told to get a new key (about $500). We went to Ace Hardware to order a key and suggested checking the battery. They took it apart and put in a new battery for $5.50! They also checked the positions of the contacts with the buttons. The key works perfectly now!!! Even the remote open button which hasn’t worked for a few years works now! I’m very disappointed that your experts were unable to figure this out and to help me! Marilyn Philipp
