I had excellent customer service. However my car was still having mechanical issues the same day I picked it up from the dealership on 9/10/22 and I will be bringing it back to the dealership. I think the technicians may not have diagnosed my car correctly. Also, I had instructions for the technician to give me the original car parts as proof of replacement. The old used parts were never given to me.

Yolanda Jimenez was great courteous, friendly, and to the point. overall I am happy with the service at Norm Reeves. I purchased my F-150 at your dealership in December of 2019. The truck has been serviced only in your service department. When your mechanics do the works service, have them utilize a check list to make sure they don't miss anything. I'm sure it was just an oversight but the mechanic failed to adjust the air pressure in my tires, and at today's fuel prices that makes a difference. See you at 28,000 miles : )
