Seems that there is a major disconnect in communication, amongst employees in general at your dealership. This has not been my experience at other Ford dealerships; but I decided to try yours since it was close to home. Not a whole lot of positive experiences; my car was even return dirtier than when I dropped it off (nearly a month prior). First time my car was ever returned without being vacuum and washed at a dealership.

This was the WORST service experience we have ever had. While we understand the parts may be hard to get Crystal NEVER updated us, she said she would call us and she never did. NO one got back to us for two weeks, we card and ask d for updates and never got any. Finally we got ahold of Rudy and he was more helpful that anyone there. He called back and let us know what was going on . After two weeks we finanly got the truck back but Crystal was terrible. We will never get our Fords services there again.
