I needed regular maintenance on my 2015 Ford Explorer. There was also a popping noise coming from the steering wheel somewhere under the hood of the vehicle. I have to say Robyn Davis is amazing and awesome! She took the time to listen to all my concerns, and explain to me the steps that needed to be taken to find out what the problem might be. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. The popping sound ended up being something I had not anticipated to deal with financially and was a safety issue. Robyn went above and beyond to get me the best price for the repair needed. I really appreciated that because times are difficult for me and my family due to one of my family members being very ill. Robyn is an exemplary example of excellent customer service! Her knowledge and professionalism is impressive. I am so thankful and grateful that she was my service coordinator at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos. She represents this company very well. I was very disapoined , I made an appointment not just a walk in, I was told that it would take like 3 hours to do a oil change an a recall that parts were in stock I clearly say I was going to wait for it so nobody told me anything about it was taking too long otherwise I was going to go home honestly I think for the waitting oil change should of be courtesy of the house for the poor comunication.

Your parts are to expensive and labor was to expensive for a fuse valve job charging more than 150 and the part that I could have gotten online for under 100 bucks and your shop was selling it for over 100. I feel like I got robbed to be honest.
