I had a bad experience with Ford roadside assistance but Crystal and the rest of the team did everything thing to help me. When roadside assistance lost my car, the Norm Reeves team looked for my car, called me when they had any info, and fixed my car faster than they estimated. Great customer service! Thank you

I dropped off my car for a recall and for a noise I was hearing near/around my passenger seatbelt. I had to call at 6 the night I left my car because I hadn’t been updated. I was then informed my dash was taken off because they supposedly heard a sound, they didn’t hear anything from the seatbelt where I’d been hearing it. I had to leave my car for the night. I pick it up the following day and as I’m driving home I hear the exact noise again and after getting home I see they didn’t even properly put my dash back together. So needless to say I’m EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with my service and will probably never go there again even though it needs to be fixed.
