Disappointed with outcome of $3800 air conditioning repair. Unit works fine however immediately upon picking up my car the panel on the consol wasn't working properly. I took the car back to be told its not Lincolns responsibility and it must be a coincidence. They wanted and additional $1100 to fix which then decreased to UNDER $500 when I disputed. It is no coincidence that the air conditioning panel us now not working after the entire dash was removed to fix the air conditioning problem. The new car I had planned to purchase next month, a Nautilus (which will now be my 3rd MKX) will be purchased elsewhere.

1. After 3 calls and 1 online request for concierge pick up service went unanswered by Raylynne, I arrived at 9:39a for and oil change and tire rotation. My estimate suggested it would be ready by 11:30a. 2. By 12:30p, I sought out my advisor who i had not heard from since i drove in for the status of my car. She indicated she has the paperwork but needed to finished with her current customer. 3. Paperwork done and payment made, she offered a complementary car Wash but after learning g it would add another 15 minutes, I declined. At this point 3 hours is enough. 4. 20 minutes later my car arrived with the driver's seat in full recline, not how it was handed over. 5. When I went to share my dismay of now being in my 4th hour at the dealership, the advisor shared that you only had 2 runners to get the cars. While I entirely understand the impact of being short handed, I did not appreciate not being kept apprised of these hindrances whereby I could manage or adjust my expectations for today's service. A simple heads up by the advisor would have turned the tone of this review 180 degrees around. It the little things customers remember.

My service rep was very friendly and informative. However, waiting almost 8 hours to have a key made is pretty ridiculous. My drip off time was 8:15am. I received the call that there was a problem after 1:00pm. That tells me work wasn’t started for well over 3 hours after drop off. When I came to pick up my truck the issue still wasn’t resolved. The manager has to come out Anna fixed the issue in less than a minute. Really? 8 hours for what should have been at most an hour job? This really confirms the reason why people utilize the Ford Service Center as the ultimate last choice. Again, my service rep was very friendly and I can’t blame him for how long the work took. And $150 for labor? That was just to make a key. Again the manager programmed it in less than a minute. I’m pretty sure you people would never allow your parents to be screwed over like that. Have a wonderful day!

My wife and I have been with you for five years. Everyone in the Service Department is always pleasant and patient, answering our questions. They give us the option of waiting in the reception lounge or taking the shuttle to the Cerritos Mall. Mr Wilson contacted us remind us that our truck was due for a check- up. Had Mr. Wilson had not text us, I doubt if we would have come in at this time. He takes that extra step, we appreciate him.
