I left my car at 10am and still had to call back at 450pm to make sure that my car was going to be ready before closing. Not only that but when I was told that the car wash was broken I asked if I could get the car charged instead and he said yes he could do that. I also asked if they would be able to drill the holes in the front of the car to add the front license plate as I had already received a fix-it ticket and I didn’t get the car with the front frame installed. He also said yes… when I finally came int at 545pm to pick up my car before closing, both of those things were not done. Not only that, but even during the day I received a text from someone else asking if I wanted to make an appointment for my recall without realizing my car was already there getting serviced. Considering I had the day off to fix this recall, it was disappointing how inconvenient it was because it was not a routine maintenance or something caused by me.

I really enjoy that your dealership takes things to another level by picking up and dropping off our vehicles at our home. But the process of while the vehicle is there and the communication that comes with what is happening with your vehicle is weak. They’re definitely needs improvement as I did not get an update on anything with my vehicle. I essentially had to ask all the questions and when my car was delivered, it was very a few answers.

I had a very positive experience with the service advisor Mr Wilson during my recent oil change visit.
There were just a few small items that were missed during this service appointment. My vehicle was not washed this time, which is usually included. Also, the oil life tracking in my vehicle system/app has not been updated and is still showing 23% oil life. In addition, I did not receive the windshield reminder sticker indicating the next

I didn’t feel the service advisor really listened to me. I told him exactly where the wheel lug lock socket was in the truck but they didn’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t find it I also asked home for the price to get a new key made, he gave me the labor cost but never found out the cost of the key itself or the total cost
He did take the tire rotation cost off the invoice

This was my first time having my car serviced at dealer in 20 years. I was apprehensive because I was not treated well the last time (not a Ford center). If had known it would take 5 and a half weeks to complete the repair, I would have called other Ford service centers. In my opinion, too many appointments are being made for number of technicians and bays that are available. My vehicle wasn't touched for the first week it was there and was delayed for several days while waiting to be seen by another department. I am pleased that the staff was very kind and the repairs were done under warranty and a rental vehicle was provided.
