You had my car for a month and a half. They did the repairs without asking me!!! Then less than 24 hours my car overheated so badly that I had to pull off of the side of the road and wait. I brought it in for that exact reason. The guy who left me a voicemail to let me know my car was ready, even said it will not overheat again. I have to rent a car…. Again. I’m far from happy with my service and what I paid for. I basically gave you my money for absolutely nothing except a $2k+ bill for renting a car for that long. And now I’m piling on even more now that I handed over my only transportation.
The one and ONLY thing that was a positive, was everyone I spoke with, was so kind. That’s an important part to me.

The service team at the location was polite and courteous as usual. The repair escalation process, the way the dealer communicates with engineers at corporate seems ridiculous to me and an inefficient and frustrating way to fix persistent issues. Furthermore, the dealer must have left the windows of my vehicle down for some time because the cottonwood trees had dropped a wealth of seeds into it during its 2 week stay. I’m assuming that’s what caused the putrid smell. As per usual, the vehicle was dirtier than it was when we brought it in, there was pen or something on the driver seat and some black sticky substance on the door, steering wheel and side of driver seat. The repair itself took a frustrating amount of time which didn’t seem to be the dealer’s fault. What was on the dealer was the amount of cleaning I had to do when we got it back. The back seat wasn’t great when we brought it in (2 kids) but the amount of detailed required in the cockpit is pretty frustrating. Still can’t get the awful smell out. Hopefully a fresh air freshener an airing it out in the garage tonight will do it. Overall, not great, some on the dealer some on corporate
