I went to an independent first on my 4wd issue, but I felt that they didn’t know 4wd systems. I went to your dealership and talked to Alex and was impressed with his knowledge and manner. The technician did not find what was causing my sporadic noise, but I am convinced at least the 4wd system was thoroughly checked. You have a good service writing Alex. I trust him.

I’m pretty disappointed with the vehicle I bought new in 2022. My only complaint with the service at bob thomas was the lack of communication via the text message I received. I didn’t get responses when sending texts. I had to call to get updates. Overall the service dept did a great job, but the issue I took my truck in should have never happened.
