Took almost 1 and 1/2 hours to get just an oil change. The bill shows a tire rotation (on a vehicle with 1200 miles on it) that I didn’t want. It shows tire pressure on a spare tire which the vehicle doesn’t have.

I was charged the full for a radio programming that ended up doing nothing towards fixing the problem. Instead of being met with answers and solutions I was told that they didn’t know what it was and they could fix it for more money. I am not even sure if they did the actual work on it, I was in and out in 40-30 mins.

You guys do a great job. My ONLY complaint EVER is that I always have to call late in the day to find out if my car is done or not. It almost always is and the service advisor (forever, not just Tony) is "just about to call me". And maybe that's true - I could easily see those calls being batched and saved for late in the day.

I was there for 3 hours. He never spoke to me. Short version: had an appointment to drop my car off on June 5th. As I was leaving to drop my car off I received a call due to short staffing I needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for June 12th. They came and got my car after 11am and brought it back saying he would need to order the part. 26th of June took my car in and only because the cashier told me the recall was never fixed, because no part was available yet. Clear communication would have been nice on any of the appointments. That didn't happen! The cashier was amazing. She is a real asset to your company.
