Didn’t seem to have any urgency getting the vehicle finished. I had to call to check on the status the end of the first week. I know it is a fleet vehicle and that adds time to get confirmation. I also realize it was the holidays. Had to ship in parts twice, I think. Good thing I didn’t have a big business trip. I don’t question the work or that the vehicle is fixed. It just seems having a vehicle from Dec 30 to Jan 10 is a long time for an engine knock sensor.
