Gina was an absolute sweetheart! I was frantic and wasn’t sure to bring my car in. I even called late into the service repair the night before.She scheduled me an appointment first thing the next morning. Checked to make sure my repair was under warranty, called me with each step of the process, including even calling the warranty company to double check they had everything to process. We thought for sure I wouldn’t get my car until the next day however Gina worked her positive energy magic and I got my car back the same day! It really made me grateful that I purchased my vehicle at Bob Thomas Ford two years ago and to have such amazing car repair service. By far my best experience in car repairs. The ladies were so sweet and kind. Gina really set the bar high and I believe now no other repair shop can provide that kind of service. Thank you Gina for making my unexpected car troubles a pleasant and easy experience.

Joe Martz stepped up and helped which I appreciate what he did. I understand he had to step up and make things right . But I’m unsatisfied with Nick from service and the mechanics. Nick dropped the ball and the mechanics need to be respectable of not scratching and cleaning up after themselves. Vehicles owners shouldn’t have to ask to have oily hand prints and scratches removed and buffed from the vehicle. Must be the difference’s between the shops. I’ll keep my service work with Tom Spencer in the East service building.

My 22 explorer with only 31k miles on it was at the dealership for 6 weeks for a blown motor, and never provided a loaner car. I received no phone calls on updates, and had to call the dealership.
