They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.
The service itself was thorough and didn’t take as long as I expected. They provided updates throughout the process, so I always knew what was going on. Plus, the waiting area was comfortable, with some good coffee to sip on while I waited.
What stood out most was how they didn’t push any extra services or upsells on me, which can sometimes be a turn-off at car dealerships. Instead, they focused on what my car really needed. Overall, I feel like I got great service at a fair price. I’d definitely recommend Ford Thomas to anyone in the area looking for reliable vehicle service.
