The Bob Thomas folks were great, the app that does not seem to communicate to them, and gives the allusion that you’ll be charged for warranty work, needs some enhancements. It’s sets them up to fail and angers customers. It’s a great feature, but if it doesn’t work, it shouldn’t be deployed
