It was scheduled for last Thursday I had to call on Friday to find out that it would not be looked at till Monday then on Monday I was told it needs a part ordered Tuesday the part is ordered and Wednesday at the end of the day I get to pick it up with no compensation for not getting it in the week before and if I had not called on Friday I would not had any information on what was going on as to the delay and it ended up costing 967.00

I had a disappointing experience working with Gina. She frequently talked over me when I asked questions, which made communication difficult. After spending over $700, including being talked into a new battery that didn’t resolve the issue, I had to take my car elsewhere to actually fix the problem. I later learned I was significantly overcharged for the services provided. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service and will not be returning for future repairs.
