The set up of my appointment was confusing. I initially had a mobile appointment set up but I changed the appointment to in shop and didn’t realize it was not at the normal service area and people were unfamiliar with “Truman”, the person who had contacted me initially about my Expedition recall. I had to do 2 service appointments to get all the work completed and was disappointed to learn some of the work was not covered by warranty. However, Joe did a great job in assisting me and I appreciate all of his help, as well as Nick’s.

Absolutely not. Took my car in for a known issue another Ford dealership diagnosed. Got a completely different wrong diagnosis from Bob Thomas. They didn't even take the console apart to diagnose it. Used the diagnosis machine for something that couldn't be diagnosed by it. Put "likely" one thing but didn't verify it. Spoke the the manager who straight up lied to me several times and caught her in the lies. Got charged a diagnosis fee when didn't even do anything. Absolutely horrendous experience. Family has bought several cars from Bob Thomas. Never again

My vehicle was towed after leaving me stranded. Gina communicated quickly and consistently throughout the entire time our vehicle was in the shop. This dealership is a 2 hour drive from our house but this was a pretty seamless experience

Charged for a diagnostic test that didn't need to be run. When asked about the charge Gina could not give me a answer and repeated herself so much. She was rude by the end of this very large issue. She was criticizing during the conversation and didn't want to listen to what we had to say.
Your bills need to be more detailed for the customer on the emails your send.
Very disappointed is the way the entire transaction took place..Had to call my amazing salesman Sam to get good answers and the problem resolved.
Gina and Rhonda both need to have more details to information that is done to your customers vehicle to answer questions better.
