Service was timely. My van was taken within 15 min. of my app. Service was also very thorough. I was given an explanation of what was wrong. The when I approved, the work was started immediately. I am very happy I came to your service department.

The Bob Thomas folks were great, the app that does not seem to communicate to them, and gives the allusion that you’ll be charged for warranty work, needs some enhancements. It’s sets them up to fail and angers customers. It’s a great feature, but if it doesn’t work, it shouldn’t be deployed
