The workmanship appears to great so far!! They fixed the vibration I had in my Transit by actually replacing the entire driveshaft. I had the same vehicle to another local Ford dealership three times to address the situation and they failed all three times. I brought it to Bob Thomas and they took care of the problem, which I am very thankful for.

The quality of the work was great but I’m unhappy with the price. The price of the fuel injector was $90 but after the labor, other parts, testing and other fees were added the total price was over $860. This seems excessive for a $90 part. I would recommend that Ford take a hard look at these costs and implement a service cost reduction program. Service costs have grown excessively over time.
