This will hopefully/regetfully willbe my last visit to Bob Thomas Ford. I had purchased three vehicles- two Explorers and an Aviator - and probably would have bought another Aviator. Plus a fourth Explorer for one of our managers. But the service end of things just got to be too much work. Nothing against John.. He did his job very well. He was the messenger not the issue. I attribute part to the serious accident damage to the car. But there was too much rework. And fixing the fix. In all my company cars, I had never bought the same brand twice (always U.S.) until my first Explorer. Then three with you. Moving on now.

It’s too expensive too diagnose specific misfire , it’s not random misfire and also not wiring issue, if it was worst case may be you will need a week to run diagnostics considering labour charged. Also bill doesnot mention the labour time exclusively. With all Technology you have you are charging just exponentially. Also when someone calls tell them clearly it’s 160$ an hour and we MAY OR MAY NOT CONFIRM ISSUE so people don’t even dare to drop their car. No wonder why people buy Asian cars.
