Our vehicle was there for about a month. I felt like the communication about the status of my vehicle was not great. This is a work vehicle and I had to rent vehicles while this truck was being worked on. I was told that the tech working on our vehicle was part time and going to school. Maybe on jobs like this it’s better to have a full time person that can turn the vehicle around faster. I would consider taking our vehicles to another dealer in the future.

Peyton was great. I have an issue with the service. It was noted on the report that the vehicle was seeping fluid; however the oil techs were unable to say anything more. In order to find out what it was I had to go to a full line tech to have it diagnosed — for a diagnostic fee. You need to change that. Put people on the car who can tell you what is going on or leave it alone. Won’t be coming back.

Had truck for 2 months, didn’t offer to change the out or cabin filter. No recommended service . Spent 9,000 dollars and only got part of what we requested. Had to ask to get explanation of service. Would not recommend!
