Peyton was very nice, pleasant, and professional. When the service was done, he explained everything to my satisfaction. He even went out and checked something on the control panel that I had a question about.

The one problem I did have was once the car was done and I was notified, I called and asked for the courtesy car to pick me up at my house. My call with Nygel got cut off (no idea why) and I finally called again. Altogether it took over 3 hours to get the courtesy car to my home from my first call to when the car finally arrived. I’m not angry or upset, but somehow something got delayed.

Everything was excellent, except when I left I needed to have understanding on a clarifying question about a next diagnosis, and the explanation did not seem to be clear.
