OK, great service and on time. Great service people to deal with.

The replacement transmission is doing the same as the one that was replaced. I have been treated very well just disappointed that I have to bring it back to be worked on within a week of the repair.

Customer service with Peyton is subpar compared to others in the department. With Peyton communication is poor and usually there ends up being additional items found for repair. It may be true that these are needed but it comes back to communication and comes across as an upsell from him. I will continue to use the service department but requesting a different service provider.

Steve was great on communicating through the phone but I don't believe the texting feature was working as it should.

Everyone was great, and my service was done in a timely manner despite there being a lot of people there at the same time as me. Will be coming back!

I took my truck to the Ford dealership body shop to get it fixed from a minor damage. They told me one price and said it will take me five days. It took two weeks no communication thousands of dollars more than what they told me. And when they did, communicate with me. It was very rude. Especially Mike Ford. When I finally picked it up and settled the bill, he told me he did not want me or my truck to come back to the dealership that I am no longer welcome and to take my business somewhere else He said that I am a no one and they have hundred customer. One more will not matter if I go or not that I mean nothing to you guys. I’ve been loyal and coming to that dealership for more than five years. I have spent more than 20 grand Who the hell did he think that he is the Owner to kick me out? I’m a gold member. This is one of the worst experience I have with a body shop. I was planning to buy a new truck from the Ford dealership, but maybe I should take it somewhere else. I want somebody to reach out to me. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx. I have several family members and friends that have gone there and have bad experience from the body shop. I overcharging customers being rude to them and not listening to them. Spent hundreds of dollars more than what they should’ve This is not how you own and operate a business with customer base I should know I own my own business and we were planning Buy several trucks for it from the Ford dealership but I’m putting pause on that! I look forward to hearing from management. My truck is the Ford Maverick. it’s custom-made from the factory. I spent thousands of dollars at the Ford dealership to be treated like this is unacceptable. This is deeply concerning thank you for taking your time to deal with that matter.
