I requsted a check of my transmission fluid. The tech writer told me you do not check transmission fluid. I have depended on that being a check of the fluid levels when I come in. My request was ignored. Before I left a person went out to check my level after my second request. The person did not start the car and did not check it while the car was running. I got an "its okay" when the person saw fluid smeared all over the dip stick. After the person returned to the shop. I checked it correctly. My level was about an inch below the full mark on the dip stick. I was also concerned about the color of the transmission fluid. The last time I was in there I was told my bsattery was low on cranking amps and it was recomended I replace the battery. I have not changed the batter. I am not sure the battery was checked/ There was nothing reported about the battery. While I was waiting, I usually watch the progress on my car. There were about 4 customers when I arrived. I was told my wait would be about 3 hours which I expected. Some how they ran me through in about an hour?? I checked the lift 3 or 4 time for my cars progress. I never did see my car on a lift.

My car was picked up. It was not looked at and I was not picked up and my car was not brought back to me. I spoke with Steve, discussed a loaner and was told there were none available. I requested a shuttle ride. I called back again and advised I would need a ride. I had to get a ride from a coworker. Appointment was booked over two weeks in advance. Hope tomorrow’s appointment
