I scheduled my appointment for 9:00. I arrived by 9:03. My oil change was not completed until 12:25. My usual experience in taking my car somewhere for an oil change with an appointment is an hour and a half at the most. No explanation was provided for why it took over 3 hours other than they had a lot of cars and we never know what we will find when we get in there. I made an appointment so that my car would get in and out without being in the walk-in first come first served. Nothing was indicated on the paperwork that I was given that there were any issues that needed attention.
