She's my goto goat for my Food automotive service with Capital City Ford . PS can Capital City Ford give her a raise so she well think about transfer out .LOL

I had my oil changed on Thursday last week, drove it to work and home Friday. When my wife went to work Saturday morning she realized oil stains on our driveway. I called and left a vm but did not get a reply until Monday. On Monday, I was asked if I had insurance and if I could have it towed to your facility. In my opinion that should have been provided by your company. I had to take a half day off work to wait for a tow to have it dropped off. The people have been friendly, but having this issue on an oil change makes me worry about having anymore service done at this location. I just expected better from a Ford Dealership.

Dropped off for an oil Change before 8am. Vehicle was done quickly. Peyton offered delivery for free. It took over 4 hours to get it back. Even after I offered to pick it up, it took 2 hours. This is over promising your service. I didn't get my car delivered until well after 4pm. Itis not on the drivers. This is on the managers and service writer.

The lack of communication within the service department is very concerning. I had to call to even find out my vehicle was completed yesterday. I was told that the rotor and brake hose/line was replaced and on my receipt it stays a rock was pulled from in between the backplate and rotor to stop the squeak and no further action was necessary. If that was the case why not just tell me that instead of lying so I would no if i have a damaged rotor? I loved my car buying experience with Capital City but the service department has left a real bad taste in my mouth. It will be hard for me to come back.

It seemed like the service people were horsing around a lot looking at their phones talking to each other. Took almost an hour and 45 minutes to just get a tire rotation and nothing else. Then a couple of hours after I got home with the car. I noticed a big bubble in the passenger side front and it would have been nice if somebody would have pointed that out to me... Surely they saw it? Peyton was fine. It was the guys doing the service that seemed to be horsing around a lot.
