Very disorganized checking in and checking out! Did not know where to park when bringing my car.
When checking out there was no system. There were people sitting in the waiting area and I did not know if they were waiting for their vehicle or waiting to check out! When I checked out and paid I left but had to return to get my key.
You can make your business so big to accommodate customers but if you don’t have good service you won’t have customers!
