When I heard that it may be a couple of days I thought that was all repairs. I didn't think that it would be 2 to 3 days to do just a diagnostic. Also, when I tried to call to check on the status of the diagnostic I never got a response. I called several numbers, and left message. Finally I went to the dealership service department in person to find out that I had an appointment for 1130 and 2 hours after my appointment the diagnostic had not been started, yet. At this time I would not recommend your service department to anyone. Understaffed and other explanations for excuses are unacceptable.
