Listen to your customer complaints regardless of how busy you are. A customer shouldn't have to come back for the same thing twice when it could of been taken care of the first time if they would of taken time to listen effectively.

I love the quality of service provided by Team Chevy over the last several years. However I was blow away by the price at the end of my service. It was double what I thought it was going to be. It would have been a great courtesy to the customer to at least have an idea what the customer would be expected to pay. I was never provided an estimate, at scheduling, drop off, or at notification of completion. For routine maintenance I was expecting approximately $300, NOT $700. I understand the service advisors do not control the prices however, more communication with the customer would have be extremely beneficial. Honestly it makes me question if I’ll return to Team Chevy.
