I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and service. Upon receiving my vehicle back, the audio would not work. I brought it back in and was told it was on me to pay for the diagnostic and that they did nothing wrong. I have since traded the vehicle in for a Volkswagen and will not be returning.

Didn’t get done. Had appt a week ahead of time. Checked in early as #2. Other vehicles arrived after and were taken in. Waited 1 hour 20 min. Still not in. Asked for manager none on duty. Rep said problem was call center booking appts. Asked for my keys back and left. Bought my Traverse there but if this is indication of what to expect I won’t be coming back. I drove 30 miles rather than go to a closer dealer. Felt loyalty plus I had 2 free oil changes coming since the night I bought the car the paperwork printer was broken and took hours extra to finish.
